I'm Katie Farnsworth. I'm a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I offer comprehensive mental health care including thorough assessment and diagnosis, integrative treatment plans, limited duration counseling, and psychiatric medication when indicated.

I see patients of all genders age 16-60 in person in a comfortable centrally located office in Bend.
Telehealth visits are also available.

I am currently accepting new clients using Aetna, private pay or out of network insurance coverage.

I have pending in network insurance contracts with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, Pacific Source, and Providence.
